Not for Gortat alone, close but no.
Gortat would be great though, the dude loves defense and maybe just maybe he could get some of our players to play D too although our D would get a lot better by removing Martin from the team.

All it took was Okafor getting injured to allow this guy to have his first 20 pt game ever. Clearly a baller.

Timofey Mozgov had career highs of 23 points and 14 rebounds for the Knicks last night...quick let's trade for him.

I've been trying to get us to trade for Gortat since 2009. That said, I would not do this specific deal for the simple reason that we're giving up too much.

Look at Gortat's stats since he got to PHX, ignore his Orlando stats for the most part because he was playing behind the best center in the league. Gortat is up to 10 points and almost 8 boards per game, playing above average defense in a little over 24 minutes per game. Gentry had been trying to find the right combination and so was jerking his minutes around early on but in the last 7 or so games, playing pretty regular minutes, the dude is beasting. i'll be in the minority and say the Rockets may regret not trading Martin for Gortat if they had included Ryan Anderson in the deal.

    Last 7 games(Rounding) 15ppg 11rpg 1bpg and shooting 62%

Not a fluke guys, the dude has arrived.

We had him right where we wanted him but we let him off the hook. If you wanna crown him, then crown his ass.

I actually love Gortat, but it's still not a fair deal.

I love these polls, it's easier to squash a debate with the results.
