Definitely not. He's a ball hog and couldn't even get along with Shaq enough to keep winning championships.

if Morey can pack up all our guards except t-mac for kobe, then it's a done deal. Morey will be the GM of the year. :D

L.A. will never let kobe go now, kobe is the whole lakers team.

Exactly. Anybody who wouldn't trade T-Mac for Kobe is blinded by love for T-Mac. But, we're never going to have a chance at him. Miami has a better shot at getting Kobe than us. He also comes with a fair amount of baggage. We already have enough malcontents/possible ball-hogs with SF, Mike James, and Bonzi.

I don't care if we could get him for free. I can't root for someone who's a total a-hole of a person.

Amazingly, there are people in the world who wouldn't want to see Kobe in a Rockets uniform even if we could get him for JL3 straight up.

I utterly despise Kobe Bryant. He has a phenomenal basketball talent, but I can't stand the guy.

It has nothing to do with being blinded by love for T-Mac. I personally blame T-Mac for us not beating Utah this past season. If he would have taken it to the rack a little more, I think we could have beaten them.

so just because you don't like him, you wouldn't want him on our team?

despite many of the feelings against him as a person, there is no doubt he will make us a much better team.

and for those who say he's a ball hog, he didn't attempt many more shots than t-mac.

that would actually be deemed closer to unstoppable.

a trio of yao, kobe, t-mac is not feasible, but in comparison, it would destroy the celtics' trio. not to mention the bench is still deep.

    but it's a pipe dream.

    Other things to think about:

If someone gave you a big bowl of boogers, what would it smell like?

    Do vampires fart?

If you were driving in a car at the speed of light, and you turned your headlights on, would they do anything?

Is it true that when someone says no, it really means yes?

it's not stats. it's how he plays.

hell, did u hear what smush parker said about kobe when he signed w/ the heat.

the way kobe plays makes it an INDIVIDUAL game.

I don't see how we can get a decent discussion with this.. you must've missed it the first 500 times when this forum had the Kobe discussion a couple of months ago.
