I'd take him, we could always use another defensive stopper.

I think most of you are too caught up in offensive & scoring.

It would be nice top have a larger guard but, DC hasnt shown he can do much lately. Id consider him if and only if he says he'll leave his wife. Team chemistry doesnt need his wife.

No that was last year when he was injured and didn't play a lot. He is a career .426 avg. Thats factoring in last year.

ah yes, the re-hash of the Jackie Christie is a psycho and Doug Christie is whipped. It never gets old. Thanks for making my day. And, say no to Christie!

What are people smoking. Doug Christie is the ideal JVG guy. All summer people have been screaming about getting a combo guard forward. Christie has never been a potent scorer, but he has been one of the best defenders in the league virtually his entire career. If he's waived, we should definately take a long look at him.

I can't believe how many people don't like this guy. A the stuff about his wife ... who the hell cares.

    EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think its funny how some of the same people who are so concerned about his personal life are the same paople who were wanting us to get Patterson and Wells. Its okay to want a adulter or thug but heven forbids we get a guy that openly loves his wife. So what what if its pathetic, if he can still play anything like he did in Sactown he would be the perfect SG for this team.

If he kept his love life OFF the court, I wouldn't have a problem with it. But I just can't imagine ol' Dougie keeping his head in the game to the degree he should if he knows he hasn't tugged his ear lobe to say "I love you" in the last 5 minutes.

No thank you. There are better players who are less injury-prone who could be had for less.

    Just say no to P-Whip.
