I think you have to consider the situation and how these players are playing for that particular game. Wafer is just not good enough to pencil him in as one of the definite closers. I like his aggressiveness and fearless attitude but he is too turnover prone and has an extremely streaky shot. If you put him in for the final minutes of the game, who will you put on the bench?

von wafer is freaking overrated. he is a poor decision maker. i hate looking in the box scores and seeing that he took more shots than yao, even when he goes 2-8 from 3, and like 4-14 from the field. he is such a chucker. yes, there are times when he helps, but he is such a risk because he tries to do too much at times. at times, he reminds me of mike james. there is a reason why wafer has been a journeyman....teams arent stupid. they know wafer's act. i would not want him closing games out.

I believe he should.....The dude always can create and get a foul or hit a 3 in the clutch...I am tired of Ron Artest forcing horrible shots because he feels like he has to

Did you get that from me from the other thread? I Agree , leave him in and I rather have him in instead of Ron, for his crazy shots in the 4th

Thank God he is no Tmac, Pierce and Kobe, how many of those are in the league, it doesn't mean if you don't have players of that caliber that they can't close out a game, understand rook

take battier out, scola in. ron can guard the other team's best perimeter player. we need offense too. shane provides nothing offensively this year.

Im for more Wafer during the patched when we cant get a bucket. But I feel like a bigger problem is a PG thats not man enough to stand up to Artest. Rafer did, but we see what happened to him.

On another note, im 70 posts deep and cant start a thread.

No. what's important in last minutes? NO TURNOVERS. Wafer has to eliminate his Tunnel Vision before I can trust him on the floor late in games

Love how people comparing ____ taking more shots than Yao, when we all know Yao doesn't take enough shots.

Yes I'd rather have a solid run and pop mid range jumper instead of two guys runing around in circles waiting to get an open shot.
