It was an ugly exit, but they should. This is a players league, other all stars will take note of how they treat James

No jersey retirement and apparently in the trade it was worked out that he would send his MVP trophy to Mr. Les Alexander? Apparently Harden will get a "replica" sent to Brooklyn. Wtf? Doesn't even look close to similar.

On that note, maybe it was smart of Les Alexander to keep the championship trophies when he sold the team. Tilman Fertitta would have already traded them for 5 community assist awards and cash considerations.

Yes. Put it up next to Kenny/Mcgradys jersey.

Yao had heart, and was more than just a basketball player as far as what he mean to the franchise, the NBA, China, and international basketball in general.

If t-mac's jersey is retired I say **** yeah harden's jersey should be retired. If not, you are still probably right I am sure he holds **** tons of franchise records, and you are also right I am salty as ****.

Nope. Unless we get sponsored by Hardee's and that's just an advertising spot.

We know the reason Yao’s is retired bc of everything related to him globally.

Tmac has exactly nothing to do with the harden. He’s known for winning nothing in the playoffs and being hurt.

Of course it will be retired in the future, well after he retires.

This argument is not worth yall's time....but it's the GARM, so I guess it is.

All I was saying is Harden deserves a retired rockets jersey way more than t-mac. So if t-macs is retired damn straight harden's should. That's the only reason I brought up t-mac. I honestly have no clue if it's retired I don't think I have been to the toyota center since like 08

I see what you did there. Yes, I wrote it, meaning his banner to honor him. How can you not like Bill Worrell? He is like the harmless drunk uncle at the holidays that is the life of the party. Bill Worrell is Rockets Basketball and has been for years. Only respect to him and you.

Absolutely. Don't wanna come off as petty. The fans can boycott his restaurant, boo his return, but the organisation has to remain above reproach in this regard or no max-level FAs would want to sign with us.

Based purely on numbers of course he deserves his jersey retired.

Plus it will serve as an added reminder of how Julius Ceasar must've felt when Brutus stabbed him in the back!

    Go Rockets!!!
