Should we insist on the knee scope for Landry?

  1. Yes, do it as early as possible.

  2. No, if the doctors say it isn't necessary, then don't worry about it for now.

Its all good, no scope please

    1. He is signed, stuck for 2 years
    2. He played well/decently in the Jazzholes series
    3. He has/had the whole summer to recover
    4. Morey is too smart to sign someone with major knee problems.
    5. All the knee rumors are out there to lower value, and discourage offers. Morey made a low ball offer. Bobcats made a fair market value (for someone with "knee problems"). Morey gladly signed without overpaying. Landry thinks he got good deal; Buddy feels good about himself.

For someone who wanted the full MLE and didn't get I think it worked if this was a plot....

Morey's meant to be a stand up guy. Doing what you suggest would also sour his future dealings with a bad rep. He's too smart for that.

Landry's knee only lasted around 30 games. His other knee's history makes it a little more worrying.

He wasn't as explosive coming back from injury.

Also a lot of posters here were screaming about a Rockets cover up over Landry's "true" injury condition. It turned out it wasn't the Rockets fault at all. Feigen mentioned in his blog that it was actually a request from Baker to keep things quiet.
