Should the alternate jersey layout be the same for home and away jerseys?

I especially like the potential home and alternate jerseys. Black would be something new. Maybe you could put the current alternate jersey instead of the red away jersey. But yoou should definitely get those to the organization, the look really good.

 

Wow, I never really considered or liked black as an option for the Rockets' color scheme but this is damn good. I still like the ketchup and mustard.. but who says we can't have 2 alternates? I really like this, I don't think people should be quick to dismiss black.. and I'm pretty sure I'm not a creed fan, or an emo teenager.. though Linkin Park still does it for me

Baby steps. Let's get the regular uni's fixed first. I still can't believe how ugly the current home and aways are.

 

If the cavs can have 9539052900395 different jerseys, why not the Rockets? I swear every time I see the cavs play, they are wearing a different throwback in a different color. In the 08-09 season we had a throwback for at least a game or 2 with the red and yellow championship jerseys, which we didnt wear in the 09-10 season because we had the alternate.
Why not have a bunch of jerseys to wear? not just 3.

I'm iffy about the red and black. The combination of red and silver and red and yellow makes us different from the other teams sporting the popular red.
Portland trailblazers, Miami Heat, and Chicago Bulls all have red/black jerseys. I may be missing one. It would be really tight to have a red/black jersey for the fans in the team shop, but Idk about the players wearing it.

We're either looking to a new scheme(black) or remembering the championship years(yellow), the dark blue isnt new and doesnt bring back any memories of winning...

I think he means that our uniforms will look classy and classic, rather than just ugly and gaudy.

I can't over state how important a team's uniform is in pro sports. Rockets have completely whiffed in this department for over a decade.

 

We will kidnap Chris Bosh then trick CB4 into thinking he still plays for the Raptors by making our jerseys look exactly the same. Mwahahaha
