Should the alternate jersey layout be the same for home and away jerseys?

Those should definitely be our jerseys someone should email that to someone who can get it to the higher ups. That would be so sweet!

Hopefully...someone from the higher ups is paying attention. It would be nice to debut these for the 2010 season.

Is there anyway to make a legitimate push for the jerseys to be changed? This layout and color scheme looks great and says champions all over it. Someone should let management know.

I agree, the alternate jersey font should be on all the jerseys. But don't you think that would force the Rockets to change the entire font scheme of the team? If all three jerseys have a different font than the court, sweats, merch, etc, then you've got a problem..

I don't understand why the Rockets don't use some kind of rocket imagery on the panels of their jersey and shorts. It would seem a natural. The silver on these mockups is great but wouldn't some kind of stylized rocket be a natural connection?

That would be nice also, maybe tone the rocket down a bit, like a stealthy and sleek looking rocket. Not like the dildo jerseys from the Franchise era.

Back when the Rockets drafted Sampson, I got my son's crayons out and drew a version of my idea-- color scheme was still Red and Gold.

The Rocket nose could go right up to the armhole and the flanges could finish off the bottom of the shorts. Stylize it a bit-- maybe even make it off-vertical.

I'd love to some someone with the tools and skills try it out. I've still got crayons around the house...

That would be sick! It would be unique to the Rockets, sort of like the Timberwolves with trees in their neck line.

Can someone give us a preview?
