i don't think that's exactly true. swift gets no rebounds because he is that type of a player that is just a bad rebounder. it's not as easy as saying he just doesn't want to rebound. beyond athletic talent he basically lacks everything else. he can't box out. his timing is a little suspect. he can be pushed around by small forwards because of his slim body. he's just 6"9'. so what i was trying to say is that he lacks all the tools to be a rebounding monster. he can be a solid rebounder, though, if he works on the boxing out and body issues. and then of course he has to want to get the rebounds. stro should not be given the starter's job without knowing what he gives us every night. he has to be consistent. that's the biggest concern. everything else can be changed/taught.
Yes I have very high standards because I know as humans we will find it difficulty to match perfection. If we shoot for perfection and fail to reach it, we still might end up with a great second best.
