    First, before any talks like this could happen, he needs to film himself shaving off and burning that horrible pube beard he was sporting last time we saw him. As a sign of goodwill and trust.

    After that...no, we don't want Brewer back.

    Don't be so hasty. Maybe we could benefit from his nice-guy veteran presence, his energetic-yet-awful defense, and his .283 career 3-point sharpshooting.

    Would it go against the CBA if the rockets paid him to stay retired?

    That way

    1) He would never light up the rockets again.

    2) No more threads like this ever again.

    I'm sure it wouldn't take much. Maybe just some leftover Fertita restaurant gift cards.
