Then I'll just order me a bazooka online.

    Then what will they carry?

We will have achieved bazooka parity, and MABD will ensure world peace.

Are you nuts? Why would a criminal carry a bazooka? Imagine how obvious that would be walking into a bank or trying to rob Tyrone's PS3 is Apt 2D.
What I'm trying to say, is that it is too much trouble to carry a bazooka. A thief should carry a knife, switchblade or rolled up newspaper.

I'd like to strap my AR15 across my back.

Nah, maybe a simple rifle. I could be like Quigley Down Under.

All I am saying is that criminals will not be deterred b/c target has a weapon. Some homegrown low grade ones might, but the bad azz ones will make sure it has more power to achieve its criminal agenda. I just don't think carrying a gun to deter criminals are logical, and nor is it effective in many cases. Carrying gun does more harm than good.
