Should Mutombo retire...ever

    As much as I love the Rockets, I don't like this idea.

    You know, its a bigger honor for a great player like Mutombo to retire as a Rocket. He isn't Hakeem, his contract isn't huge. He has a relatively cheap contract, and yet he is such a great humantarian.

    I want Mutombo to retire as a Rocket. There is no bigger honor than holding a retirement ceremony for Deke.

    Thought NBA banned those Gasol McKie trades after the Gasol trade from Memphis... I think I saw in in Tyson Chandler's blog or something...

    either way if we wanted to keep him not retired for contract purposes...we've already got Jackie Butler's 3 mil contract...

    The only reason Mutombo is still playing is because he wants to keep playing with the ROCKETS... If he found out he would get traded, he wouldn't be playing anymore
