Should Main Street be closed to cars?

    So it is settled. Cars are banished from Main Street henceforth.

    I ride my bike a lot of places, but even I recognize it's pretty douchey to ride my bike on main street and impede traffic.

    i have banned myself from main street no need to ban everyone else

    Yeah man, that's all I ask, a little self awareness and sensitivity towards your fellow man. I can't stand the bicycle hipsters that think they own the god damn road because they can't afford a car due to the fact they'll be working at Freebirds their entire life while they try and get their homemade jewelery business off the ground. Scoot the **** over man, my 5.7 V8 eats a gallon of 93-O just turning over.

    I love all of this guys posts about the city, especially the pics/threads of old Houston. Big fan of some of the new websites I've found thanks to them, too.
