Should James Harden retire from the NBA at age 27

suggestion, is it possible to impose age requirement to membership? say like facebook at 13 yrs. i am not so sure if it can weed out certain stuff - like this. not really advocating strongly for it, but still...

Arguable. There's 2 sides. I know it's hard to remember that in an offensive oriented league. GP is far superior as a defender than Harden is better than GP on offense.

But, i like what you said and agree the hate on Harden is ridiculous and there's just nothing he can do to win. I've said it before that the no defense video ruined his career legacy and only a championship can cure it like DIrk cured his legacy.

I do hope Harden sticks around as a Rocket till he retires. That's a rare thing these days though and i think you give him a little too much credit when you say he has too much pride to join other stars. I dont doubt that he'd jump at the opportunity to play for the hometown Lakers with LA native and buddy Paul George.

 

Damn so much unwarranted hate on here for Harden from so called Rockets 'fans' (they can continue to call themselves 'passionate' if that makes them feel better, I don't care). I'll tell you this - if Harden retired today, he'd be one of the biggest what-ifs in the league's history, possibly up there with Len Bias etc. Rockets fans should really learn to appreciate what they have (whiny little b****es, you know who you are).

 

Please add draymond green and Blake griffin , chris Paul to the unlikable players therefore they should retire. Meanwhile Kobe ****ed in by retiring early since many people liked him. Bring back Hakeem please he was likeabke. ****ing stupid.

I'd like to think that this is some genius reverse psychology thread to make the bashers appreciate Harden while we have him.

 

Retire- no. *** the haters. This team is a better team than last year and will be tailored to beat the Warriors and Cavs. Hopefully some talented players want to join the rockets to help take down the current darlings. That is where the glory is. I believe that is what keeps him going.

He probably had post-game soreness- feet /knees etc. no big deal.

You have to wonder if they are really Rockets fan to post something this stupid. The guy is a Top 5 players and he had a horrible 4th Quarter and OT.

Lebron was horrible too because he won his championship. Curry was horrible last year and costed the Warriors a title.

Do Cavs fan and Warriors fan go posting "Should Lebron or Curry retire" stupid thread after they have a bad quarter???? I hope no fans are that stupid and expect perfection. James sucked, we know that. But so does every other super stars at one point in the playoff
