    This.

Chargebacks are simple and painful for the merchant. Unfortunate, but a squeaky wheel gets the grease.

You should be doing some kind of charge back with your credit card company, then figure out if small claims or civil court is possible and/or worth it.

Give it a few more days, then dispute with Chase.

I've successfully disputed charges with Chase several times over the years. It's a very simple process (all online) and Chase always gives the benefit of the doubt to it's customers. They also credit the charge back to your account while the claim is being investigated, which is a nice touch.

I believe the merchant has 6 weeks(?) to respond or the charge is automatically reversed. They seem to have their heads stuck up their asses, so this could benefit you.

After writing an email to the president of the company threatening to call BBB and disputing the charge with Chase, finally the suit has been shipped.

750 dollars for a suit? I wear a suit about twice a week and I've never bought a suit over 300 dollars.

The marketplace for a good looking suit in the US got way more competitive over the past 5 years. You can get a good looking suit for under $350 easy these days. They might fall apart faster but who cares.

Pretty much what I did. I've got 4 suits. I consider that a lifetime supply.

If you don't wear one regularly, you shouldn't be too worried about it wearing out. If you don't like the gay ass popularity contests that are charity/business events, why do you care about having such a great suit?

You can get any suit tailored. You don't have to buy a $2K suit to get it done.

I have taste, but I'm not going to blow 10 times the money.

Where in my post did I say I didn't wear them regularly? I may not wear them everyday to work, but I do wear one at least every other weekend and much more in late Summer to Christmas when everything picks up after vacations. I like to fill comfortable when wearing a suit since I despise them for the most part, especially in this swamp like humidity. Look in Culture Map or Houston Modern Luxury, you'll see me looking all suave lol.

And if you're spending $200 on a suit, please don't tell me you have taste. That's laughable.

Poor to middle income people must have no taste. Rich folks are full of it. Full of taste, of course.

    Give a couple days.

Call the store. Even though it sounds like a threat, tell them you want to speak with their customer service department, and would like to get your money back. They will probably come clean and say "we never charged you." They will then try to send you one... and you might end up getting a FREE extra suit when you receive the one in the mail and the one for FREE.

    DONE and DONE.

So many twisted panties and sandy vaginas over my taste of freaking clothes, although I posted that I wish the store in his link would move this way as I would love great quality for half or 1/3 of the price.

You are sounding a tad pretentious here.

Nicest suit I had happened to be purchased in se asia and was under $200. The cost is not necessarily the be all end all. Hugo Boss suits are okay for around $600. Very simple but nice enough.

IBTL, I don't live in SE Asia but I understand what you're saying.

And wow, a crying .gif from a n00b. I remember when I had my first beer.
