I don't see America responsible for anywhere near 40 million casualties with those three wars combined. That's how many people died in WWII.

Not to mention the fact that we didn't start the war in Afghanistan.

You don't think a nation of people can develop a culture that is more predisposed to war/hostility/atrocity? It doesn't necessarily have to be ethnic.

Sorry about going after a country that harbors the group of terrorist that attacked us on 9/11. I see how you could compare this with what Germany did in WWII.

The time has come for the truth to be known... repeatedly.

I thought Germans were the largest quasi-ethnic group in this country. And English is a German dialect. And they're the only car companies that can advertise over here without pretending to be American.

    I'm sorry -- I can't remain silent any longer.

KingCheetah is many (bad) things, but in this case, he is clearly part of the conspiracy to hype a German threat while Luxembourg gets to carry on in relative obscurity.

Or have we all forgotten that they formed the "axis of grey ," along with Liechtenstein, after the shady financial meltdown of 2008.

How much is Luxembourg paying you, KC? Or do you even really know, given their banking system?

    Hilarious.

So I guess it's totally okay to invade a country, as long as the final casualty doesn't reach a certain arbitrary number?

I'm sure our government can come up with better excuses than the one you just listed. Oh right, we blamed it on commies and terrorists....

Pretty much my point. Everything we use or do depends on oil one way or another. Everything from medical to cheap household uses and the obvious industrial uses. A gasoleneless car uses rubber tires (made from oil).

We're beyond dependant. It's part of our evolution.

Well you should thank Cheney for securing Iraq's oil, I think it was a very smart move for the US's future interests. Imperialism at its best.

If anyone doubts the dastardly German intentions, look to your history for an example of similar perfidity. The notorious Tully Bascombe, leader of the army of Grand Fenwick and loyal subject of that b****, Grand Duchess Gloriana XII, led a successful invasion of the United States about 50 years ago. This was kept secret by the governments involved for national security reasons. Some photos have since been leaked and can be found on the internet.

English is based off the German Language..if you grew up speaking English..its easier to learn German than Spanish.

    das pants = pants
    Beir = beer
    der pullover = (pullover) sweater
