Should Canaan be thrown into the fire?

  1. Yes, it might be a little late, but we need to get him ready just in case

  2. No, just take our chances with Lin and hope he does not happen to collapse in the playoffs

We need him to get him prepared for next season. I'm convinced Lin will get the boot this summer and Canaan needs the minutes just like Jones and Dmo got time last season.

Lin isn't slumping as far as just missing shots. It's like his entire brain has decided to shut down and mail it in. Being in a normal slump does NOT make you make the r****ded decisions he has been making lately. I don't know if he has just gone full r****d or if he can't make his shot fall and now is just desperate to make something happen. If I see him drive in on more time and jump up with no idea in mind, I swear I am going to lose it. :(

Doesn't matter, it's still just a few games. He can throw 20 turnovers in the few games for all I care. As long as it's a W at the end of the day and he bounces back afterwards.

Harden and Parsons had a horrendous slump in the beginning, but unlike many people on here complaining making dumb posts like this one, I knew they were going to bounce back and destroy their oppositions. I don't see why Lin won't bounce back.

Yeah, it's not like Morey will go insane if he pulls up and shoots a mid range jumpshot ... well, actually Morey hates ANY mid range jumpers.

    That's actually a myth.

Morey has said he hates LONG TWOS not mid range shots. He hates Lin shooting 3s with his foot on the line.

This is a myth. Morey loves Lin's 3 with his foot on the line.

Morey would rather have a guaranteed 2 rather than a shaky 3.

There is a HUGE difference between slumping and not hitting shots and slumping and going full r****d. Parsons and Harden did not go stupid when they were slumping; their shots simply weren't falling. Lin is making some really, really stupid mistakes during this "slump." Last time I checked, slumping doesn't make you stupid. There is something going on with Lin's head right now and he needs to right it.
