In the immortal words of Trader_Jorge, DITTO to you too, at least in this thread. I thought the discrimination laws didn't apply to businesses that had less than 100 employees. Regardless, I don't care. I don't think you should be able to discriminate against anybody if you receive any help from the government at all.
Dude, I know how smart Refman is. I know it's a shame he's unemployed because he's obviously a very intelligent guy. I was just making a jab at him because he couldn't understand what I obviously meant by my post. I don't think this is any worse than some of the stuff you've said though.
It'll be awhile before I can check it. I didn't mean it the way it sounded, and I apologize for that. Again, I greatly respect Refman as a poster in many ways, but foremost his intelligence. I've even been keeping my ears open at the law firm here for any job openings. Hell, I've even e-mailed him a lead. It's a damn shame he doesn't have a job. I know this based on some of the people RM95's Girl graduated with that somehow have not only jobs, but very high paying ones. I can tell through a computer screen that Refman is 10 times smarter than they are. And we know what an ******* you are.
That wasn't called for either. I appreciate you coming to my aid. I disagree with Rocketman95 on a good many things. That does not make him stupid. It just makes us disagree. His comment was spiteful, hurtful and ill-advised. I certainly hope that those aren't his true colors...but rather a horrible statement made in a lack of judgment in the heat of a debate. It was extremely disappointing though.
I agree with everything except spiteful. I just used it to point out that I thought my original point was pretty obvious. My main problem in arguing, is if I know a weakness in someone, I sometimes use it against them, no matter how bad it is. It's my biggest criticism of myself, and one that I haven't had a problem with lately. I honestly can't believe you don't have a job. I deeply regret what I said.
Well you've identified the problem...now work on it. We all have things we need to work on. You are ahead of the game in that you have identified yours. I am a pretty forgiving guy. It would be very easy to hold this against you for a long time. I see no use to that. You have expressed your regret in saying what you said. Now we can move on.
I still think you shouldn't be allowed to discriminate on the basis of sex. Now, for those 6'5" freaks out there, you can do whatever you want. Thanks for accepting.
(sigh) You always have to have the last word. I'm used to that after living with Mrs. Ref for a year. If I'm gonna be a freak...at least I'm a big freak. You've earned at least that much over the time I've been posting here.
