You tried Til, but ya didn't try hard enough. Get your tail back in there and close the deal for Beal.
Didn’t see the tweet, but if he’s really complaining or acting butt hurt about teams backing out of a trade then he’s not ready to deal with the business of the NBA.
He said he wishes others were as honorable as the Rockets organization is. There is teams and players that will tell you something and at the last minute not come through with their promise. I understand verbal agreements should never be trusted but going back on your word says a lot about you as an individual and as an organization.
The NBA should organise ownership seminars. No matter what happens you don't make posts like that, especially for a deal that is unimportant in the long run, not even for a star.
Pat Riley definitely has a legacy. But Miami today is dogs**t, and his desperation in that situation was a result of that. I’d like us to be better than Pat Riley of today.
what are you talking about? This is worse than Riley. What Riley allegedly did we know through some unanimous leak whether it's true or not noone knows. Tillman himself posts on twitter with video. The one is a GM in private negotitions, the other is the owner publicly.
I didn't see it but others said he posted a video saying that he wished other organisations were as honorable as the Rockets and they thought they had a deal but the other party backed out at the last minute. He may have all the right in the world, but now he is an NBA owner. He has other means to get his message through. Anonymous leaks and media, not himself.
The grizzlies certainly have their head in their ass right now. I'm not sure who is running the show, but I doubt that Jam Green has been seriously discussed on the grizzlies end just yet because they are focusing on Marc first, Conley second and Jam and Temple 3rd. The grizzlies will probably trade Jam however for the right price. It's risky to keep him and I really don't want to keep him because Rabb is the real deal.
Sounds like damage control. Dude knows we are onto him for being a cheap skate so he is just making stuff up to cover his ass.
Miami's integrity. Memphis still in play.... The Wash implosion isn't over....Otto was a big move. BB wants out. That part is tricky. Kings facilitated a lot today. Iman will be a lot of help.
