    Yep, that's the one.

But when I go to Garland where's there's a Walmart and Target right next to each other, I end up at Walmart.

I never really said that either. They do carry all my toiletries and that's basically the only reason I shop at Walmart. Why go to Walgreens and spend 5 bucks on deodorant when I can get the same damn stick for $2.33?

What are you shopping for at Target anyways?

i thought we all agreed that for deodorant and other toiletries the best thing to do, was to shop @ 99 cents stores

If it's before 7pm and I can park and check out in the automotive area, Wal Mart is fine for getting light bulbs, motor oil, etc quick and cheap. Otherwise, I hate shopping there. You end up parking 1/2 block from the main entrance and it takes forever to get checked out.

whatever i may or may not need on any particular day.... DO you want my grocery list?

All i know is i'd much rather go to the supertarget on main than the walmart on post oak near 610...plus its closer. However, if im back home, the walmart is better than the regular target. go figure.

I HATEHATEHATE going to Walmart, but it's cheap as hell and literally right across the street from my apartment complex. But I can feel my blood pressure rise every single time I enter that building...

Being a former Target employee, I have to say, Target puts a lot more effort in making the store look nice and actually having people zone the areas. I would be scheduled to maybe 11PM, but on bad nights (fridays/saturdays) we wouldnt be out of there until maybe 1 AM zoning and making the store neat. Walmart...no way that happens.

Target also takes store security way more seriously than Wal-Mart.
They got undercovers patrolling the place :D

LOL actually in most cases, the Assets Protection people are not allowed to even do anything, unless if there's an Assets Protection Team Lead on duty, which my store didn't have, so I dont even know what the AP people did all day.

Which store did you work at?
AP is a cool job..haha...either stand by the door and do nothing or sit in the room and watch the camera + do nothing.

Huh? Every Wal Mart has (seems like) about 10,000 cameras inside. You can't pick your nose without being watched. I think they take security very seriously.

I hope you were being sarcastic. I read an article in the WSJ many weeks ago stating they will lose over $3 billion in theft and shrinkages. They have a relaxed policy and won't prosecute unless you steal over $25 worth of merchandise. This is what you get when you keep 60 year old greeters to catch people who leave the store with stolen merchandise.

I watched the documentary about Wal-Mart which showed how nobody is watching these cameras and some say that those cameras primary function is to watch employees

What I can't get over is that the guy is using a cue card when they record him cursing! I mean, it's just a list of naughty words, but they, like, composed the order? LMFAO.
