    its a clusterf*** of young people just hanging out in the streets. fights, open drug deals, public display of guns, occasional gun-shots. surprised people dont get shot more often down there.

    They have identified the shooter as Endicott McCray. He's still at large and armed.

    I haven't seen that yet. The woman who died was a bus driver visiting from California. Very sad.
