Have you seen our January schedule? Its an absolute brutal stretch. lets hope we can survive it. we;ll see how good of a team we can be during January.
I am exited that we've been playing great, but to keep it all in context our December schedule hasn't exactly been brutal.
I'll get excited once we're a few games above 500 and actually beat quality teams like the spurs, mavs, celts, Utah, Miami etc.
Exactly,but for that we will need better talent although it's possible to overachieve over a stretch of time,especially if some of the good teams are on a downward roll.
My point is that they need to get to 500 and then beat top teams in the league like the mavs and spurs. They've not done that yet as a 500+ team.

You just hating on the Rockets. A win against the Lakers count as a quality whether they are over or under 0.500.
As difficult as Jan is shaping up to be, Feb looks a lot easier. Basically keep your head above water until Feb and the 6th seed is VERY realistic.
Right now I am intereted to see how we play against better teams than the last 4. After that I will get excited about making playoffs or not.
Remember the Knicks had also been playing "well". Then they played Miami and Boston.... We've beaten the lakers, now let's beat some of the other big-shot teams in the NBA. But yeah, I'm excited by the way we've been playing...
Exactly, we'll be lucky to not drop too far down.Rox can't have those mental lapses, and un forced errors with the teams coming up.
its just a bit unfortunate that while we're on a bit of a good stretch and the team is starting to click with everyone, that we gotta take a bit of a time off. hopefully the teams chemistry is just as good when we play washington wizards on monday. and maybe bud will suck only half as badly.
