Shave Secret Shaving Oil

    I'll vouch for the oil everyone was raving about:

    It sucks. Not worth the effort of picking off the shelf if they were offering it for free.

    Whoever suggested it is a naive moron.

    And FWIW, I've changed my razorblade twice at most since this thread originally came out.

    You always go against the masses. You don't like this stuff and you never change your razor blade??? You rebel. :rolleyes: You are one of the very few who doesn't like this stuff. Just read any reviews or threads about it on the internet or reviews on amazon. Everyone loves this stuff. So I question if you even read the instructions and used it correctly. It says to add more water and not too much oil if you aren't getting the right results. You probably just layered your face with the oil and didn't bother to use it correctly (4-5 drops). And you used an old, dull razor.

    I like the oil better than any cream or foam I've ever tried but it isn't perfect and I still get razor burn, though it's less than what it used to be.

    Then again, I can't remember the last time I actually shaved with a blade. I always just run my beard trimmer over my face with no guard setting or whatever it's called.
