    Called the punishment 'childish'?

    "Childish", Phillip?

Sort of like using vulgar language on live TV? Gotcha!

Phil Jackson never admits anything against his team to be legit. Another example of his classlessness.

    Hear hear!!

Msg to Phil, about your lame threat with the "fans" missing out on seeing Shaq: I for one, could not care less if Shaq does not play another game.

I'm with you on that. Nothing is more boring than watching this 300+ lb lummox bull his way over people. I will not miss the "Big Aristotle" at all when he leaves the game.

I hope you objectively feel the same way about Barkley, at least during his Rocket days.

I have never liked Barkley's game. But at least his shot was much nicer than Shaq's.

Now if a 6'-5 guy can bully all the 6-10, 7 footers around ... I call it strength ...

If you think that describes Charles pre-Rockets, then you must not have even seen one Sixer/Sun game during his tenure with the teams.

Actually...It doesn't really describe his days with the Rockets either. Charles was far from the physical force that Shaq was. He was 6'4 for God's sake!

Speaking of shaq, him and his team are playing one hell of an ugly game against the Sixers.

He has missed over 10 freethrows.

Lakers only have 29pts at the half. They had 10 afterthe first quarter. Just ugly

They shot 18% in the first quarter, and 27% in the first half.

in the third right now The sixers are up 77-50. Shaq just blew a dunk ala Cato.

EDIT: sorry, I meant to edit my last post. NOT quote myself...:(

I have heard announcers quote Shag as saying, "I can hit them when they count."

Don't they all count??? Plus, if he would make his free throws, he would not get intentionally fouled so much.

He made two crucial FT the other night against the Cavs to tie the game and force the OT where they won. I don't know. He does seem to shoot better when the pressure is on.
