Being that they are offensively a halfcourt team, he would fit well in Boston. Probably the best fit for him out there.
I meant to say KG does not have an ego problem. Only thing KG problem is getting into with the other teams players.
How can you NOT see this. Shaq's CLEARLY pathetically trying to win another ring to keep up with Kobe. That's the only reason his fat ass is still attempting to play basketball. Um let's see, "I wanna play of Miami one day", next day "I wanna play for Boston". Whatever team he can afford to coast the season with and break a sweat just in time for the finals is where he would like to end up.
Most old players want to play with a Championship team. Of course he wants to play for the one of the best jobs in the league. Just like if any normal person had a choice of a bad job or a good job they would choose the good one.
Despite playing with so many all star guards, this is the reason why Shaq hasn't won more championships http://twitter.com/lazenby/status/19435555902
Actually if the Celtics sign him, it isn't that bad of a signing. What the Celtics need is rebounds, which Shaq and Jermaine can help bring. After all, they lost a pivotal game 7 due to a lack of rebounding. Also, JO or Shaq can give the Celtics a good 10 points or so (averaged 13 points last year) which is all the Celtics need. But the most likely scenario is that the Celtics will just pretend to be old turtles in the regular season like they always do, and then show up big in the playoffs.
Yea but do they actually announce the team they wanna play for? Especially when the team has expressed ZERO interest?
It'll probably be: Garnett / Little O'Neal Big O'Neal / Perkins to start the season. Garnett, Pierce, and O'Neal would be such a great frontcourt...wow.
