somehow I don't think this would go over as well if Kobe were rapping and dissing on Shaq. Big buffoons just seem to get a free pass cause they are the big fat jolly giant.

Hey, did you know that the sky is blue and grass is green?

Most people don't waste time pointing out the obvious.

Anyway, I really enjoyd the vid. Just hilarious. But of course I don't really have enough of a stick up my ass to actually complain about something this dumb. I mean, seriously, this is pure comedy. Nothing more, nothing less.

Oh man, could you imagine if he had said Hakeem instead of Kareem in that one line? This board would've lost its f'n mind. I'm actually disappointed he didn't say it now, just thinking about the incoherent clusterf--k of a thread it could have spawned here. The entertaiment value in reading that would have carried me through half the offseason. :D

Shaquille knows there would be consequences. Dream would wait for the Suns to come to town, sign a ten-day contract with the Rockets, and publically humiliate Diesel. Peaceful stoners like Kareem and Bill Walton are relatively safe targets.

Wow. I never knew dropping a "Freestyle" was so horrible. I'm sure after this event, kids all over the world will start freestyling and diss their friends. Shaq right here is single handily ruining our youth with his raps. Parents, keep your kids away from Shaq. Don't worry about the drugs, violence and other dangerous stuff that can harm our kids. You need to be aware of these classless Shaq freestyles, which is the real problem

You act as if he called a Press Conference and said all these things in a interview. He did this in a freestyle at a night club! He wasn't killing dogs or making it rain. Shaq didn't get accused of rape or got filmed by kids while he was throwing a teammate under the bus. All he did was rap on stage.

I don't recall anyone saying dropping a freestyle was horrible. I'm sure other athletes have done so before. Wow, awesome Shaq didn't do any of the above, he deserves a high-five cos he's now a big boy. Get the f-ck outta here with that. I didn't know it wasn't possible to freestyle without insulting people and being crass. Well, I guess since Angkor Wat says he did this freestyle in a nightclube and not at a press conference then that gives him a pass.
    Good call ace.

I say Angkor Wat and Ferrari77 have a rap battle, right here on the boards. We can all be the judge as to who is the winner. The loser will then receive a stale bag of doritos and a kick to the nuts.

    That's such a jelafied prize.
Anyway, I rap like a combination of Roy Jones Jr and Ron Artest mixed in with some CWebb. Absolutely lethal, no one can step to me knowing how I rap. :D

And on that note, a taste of Kobe's short-lived rap career:
