MDE is easily one of the most overrated EVAR. He got schooled by Hakeem in '95, and then repeatedly by Malone and company in the late 90s. He was basically a non-factor in Heat's only championship run. The first three rings he won was during an era where there existed no other dominant big man. To wit the opponents he "destroyed": a near retirement age Arvydas Sabonis, Rick Smits, an over-the-hill Mutombo, Vlade Divac, Jason Collins? LOL What's clear is that he can't win without another superstar, a swingman in particular. Even then, he can barely coexist with his superstar teammates and is a certified coach killer. Penny Hardaway and Brian Hill, Kobe Bryant and Phil Jackson, Dwayne Wade and Stan Van Gundy/Pat Riley, Amare Stoudemire and Terry Porter. Need any more evidence? Two 30+ points games do not make him a savior to a team struggling to make the playoffs. It's only a matter of time MDE's fat old ass gets busted.
