I was hoping he would come back to Houston. He would be perfect on this team with his perfect entry passes, and he would provide a ton of rest for Parsons.
I remember Morey saying in an interview a couple months back that he wanted to try and get Battier a position here once he retired.
My mom was coworkers with his mom back in Detroit, and apparently his mom always said that Battier was going to become a politican after he retired and got rich from the nba
