Is it possible to hire Shane to add in our coaching staff? Rockets will be Moneyball on full force with his wisdom.:grin:

I'd love that (as I said a while back here) but he's already got a job. JVG probably told him that the commentary gig was better than coaching.

Just because he played inspired defense doesn't necessarily mean he could coach it.

Lots of great players who weren't able to coach the same strengths they had as players -- Magic, Bird, etc. Hell, Milk Hair qualifies, too.
