Shane has been the guy who fills in all the holes on the team this year. He looks a lot quicker this year, and I don't think people realized how much his injury hampered him last year. Even blocking shots at a good clip!
I find it funny that the rockets have a tough time winning most of the time when Shane is not making his shots even though he's not shooting 20 attempts a night. LOL is his ability to score between 10-15pts the key to Rockets victory every game??
thats what happens when you play offense.He posted up then found the open martin, he drove to the basket then dished it to scola (assist). Its not that hard, but wtf happened to him in the 4th qtr. This is not JVG offense
In the past, he's said that he's usually a slow starter. After a shaky November start, he's been very good the past month. Hopefully he stays healthy and keeps it going.
We know that Battier has had nagging injuries that last couple years. Matt said this is the first time that Battier has played healthy in a while.
Probably a little of both...not many players other than bigs block as many shots. Except for guys like Gay, Chandler, and Jsmith. Good to see Scola blocking more shots though.
