They're just talking about T-Mac not taking accountability for himself

Raheel basically re-iterated what he said in his twitter. The MRI won't be the only factor in the team's decision to allow him to play and he's pretty upset with the media..swearing during the interview..

Yeah.... Solomon, Justice, Fagin need to take a spoon and eat T-mac's a**. They will be the first to get on their knees once he is back.

You know, if he can play than play him. If he does suck for like 5 games in a row than sit him or trade or whatever. Just see what you have.

That's not a good enough reason to let him play...

this is really common sense. can't say i disagree.

since adelman and morey are not going with the common sense, that kinda makes think there could be more to it. it's just something we as outsiders looking in don't know about.

Screw Rick Adelman... I really hope Elston Turner likes what he sees in McGrady and manages to convince these Hitlers to let him play.

Ya, but how do we know that he doesnt suck in practice? If he's, lets say, performing below the rest of the guys in the rotation, then what's the incentive for RA to play him? I dont see a coach sacrificing 5 games away to see how a guy is responding to an injury when he can just do that in practice....And if he truly is ready, and I mean NBA ready, back to back ready, and rotation minutes worthy ready, then RA should, and i'm pretty sure will, play TMAC.

McGrady, however, said that while there is work to do on his game to make up for the time off the court, he is ready to play whenever the team allows it. He said he does expect to make his season-debut "soon" and said that "soon" could be this week or on the four-game road trip Nov. 29 through Dec. 5.

I say the road trip is the best bet and his 1st home game vs the Lebrons!

it would be better the heat he'll get from the home town fans would be crazy. Boo'ed in his own debut.

But many fans at the game are fair weather so I bet if he goes on the road and does decent it will help with the reception he'll get at home.

If he's far away from NBA shape, coach would see it in a practice without having to put him in a game.

Except if he sux for 5 games in a row it'll be harder to trade him... if he doesn't play some teams may think he's still got it and deal
