[Shams] Rockets sign Anthony Lamb to Two-Way Contract

It's great to see that we can finally see all our G-league players play in the NBA.

Best rebounding game I can remember since I've been a fan, with Barkley's first game as a Rocket in a close second. Giving Tinman old vintage 90's games is his first language.

 

Does Lamb know about this guy?



I hope so.

 

Lamb is actually pretty good at defense.

Love Ice Cream Man but his defense was subpar.

 

Gonna be honest, I don't like the way he plays. He just doesn't seem to have the skills to be an NBA player.

 

True, fortunately Tate and KJM are coming through for us.

 

I’ve been impressed with his D. Who knows maybe he settles down a bit and can start hitting his 3 like he did with the Vipers.

 

He looks exactly like the washed version of Ryan Anderson. Slow, bad rebounder, bad defender, not-good-enough shooter.

 

I think he's improved a little recently. He's more active, looks a little more sure of himself. I still question if he is quick or athletic enough for the NBA, but he could turn into a decent player if he becomes one of those high effort hustle types. He needs a lot of work still. I don't know if he has enough to get there or not.

 

Doesn’t really matter much. I like the way he moves his feet on defense. We have so many moving pieces it’s really hard to judge anything but one on one defense at this point. They are lost on team defense and I don’t really blame anyone at this point, with players in and out of the lineup and little practice time.

 

It takes some rookies a little while to get going. I believe by the end of the season, if he Is still here, he will have settled in.

 

Boogie is watching tape of Lamb’s footwork and has some legitimate questions about why he was let go...
