[Shams] Jimmy Butler III’s status for Game 3 in serious jeopardy

Maybe they’re not *as* much of a challenge as past years but they are still very good. TNT showed a stat the other night that since acquiring Butler, GS has been number one in offensive rating, defensive rating, etc. during that period. They have 3rd best odds to win the west (we’re 6th). They may not be the dynasty warriors but they are still pretty good and imo were always going to be the most difficult playoff opponent outside of OKC.


To each their own but I don’t really care about the teams current trajectory narrative. The warriors have defeated the rockets 4-0 in playoff series over the last decade and for whatever reason I will find more satisfaction in the challenge of beating them at full strength. Maybe it’s just closure for my psyche after 2018. I 100% believe we will win regardless.

 

It is both corrupt NBA and having a HOF coach. I hate Kerr like nobody else other than Draymond, but he is a master manipulator of both rotations and ref baiting. I will not get a good night’s sleep until we put these bastards away.

The year the Rockets had their best chance against the Warriors, the Rockets were not at full strength, so I don't think it matters if the Warriors are at full strength or not, their fans will come up w reasons regardless if Jimmy plays or not. They will point to game 2 w Jimmy and Pod being out, they will say the Rockets got away w fouls etc, there will always be an excuse.

 

If that actually happened, I think we will witness a second Malice in the Palace. From all that I've read over social media the past couple days, it seems their fanbase is looking for any excuse now to start a riot.

It's sad but the large majority of their fanbase must have nothing else going on for them in life because being a warriors fan is their whole identity.

 

Just have someone accuse Tomball Jimmy of being from Houston and he’ll be butthurt all over again…he’ll spaz out so much his career may be in jeopardy…

Yeah me too, just got the notification on the NBA app a few mins ago. Might give us the edge we need trying to get one in their crib. If we can take this one and roll the momentum through to the next one...
