Love it, glad there are multiple teams that appear to be interested. This all sound like realistic offers too so far and the East is wide open. If Harden goes to Philly or Brooklyn the contending teams that miss out (BOS, MIA, etc.) will be kicking themselves for not being more aggressive. Hopefully at least 2 of the teams (Philly & Brooklyn) are being aggressive. If Brooklyn is really offering 4 picks and 3 pick swaps (assuming these are all unprotected) that would almost be impossible to pass up. There is no way that deal is being offered or the Rockets would be crazy not to take it. Simmons is still intriguing as well as Maxey and anything else they can give us but Simmons is obviously flawed and Maxey seems like he may just be an above average combo guard without enough height to truly be an all star in today's NBA. Could be as good as Gordon was as a Clipper? Those players do seem to be a dying breed as others have mentioned.
I remember where I was when the Harden trade dropped. That seems so long ago. He needs to go, but I'll be sad because it didn't work out and I have to look at another Woj bomb with respect to Harden. No trophies to show for it. Hell I can't even meme it up with Murray anymore.
