Well, it would finally put an end to our China connection. There is that.

That’s assuming harden is still around? Cousins is another guy who might never be the same Ike wall

exactly. that should in no way be overlooked. that's like the most important detail in all of this and a significant blow to lack of value, bc now the entire world knows he doesn't want to be here and will need to be unloaded somewhere

I would suggest you to check the player usage rate of last season for Russ and Beal and see if that will make Beal felt happy to stay.

Japan connection would be very cool.

Great clothes, great food, still making the most interesting video games. Harden can be in commercials for Sony now with Travis Scott.

Tilman could introduce a whole country to the Rainforest Cafe.

With Durant and Harden he made it to the finals, with Durant to the conference finals...whatever, as i said in the previous post, i won't even count the Durant years, he obviously had a better team in those years.

But aside for that he played with and without George and made the playoffs in the West at least twice, Wall always had Beal (Gortat, Pierce and Porter too if you count Adams and pre prime Oladipo) and made the playoffs how many times in all these years when the East was absolutely pathetic? Four times and got past the first round three times against Bulls, Raptors in 2014/15 and the Hawks...not exactly impressing.

On the contrary, who would have thought.

Chinese actually like the culture of the neighbor and sports.

They renewed relations with Japan and are in the Free Trade Pact together.

It's just a different ideology for sure.

I agree this would be a no brainer. I just doubt the wizard would even offer multiple 1st round picks let alone Rui.

I also like the rehab potential of Wall.

let’s say the deal is picks + wall for Westbrook.

Harden still wants out. So you trade him for a monster offer.

wall is now the main man. If he returns to form and reestablishes his value, you’ve gained yet another asset.

it’s nice to be back in asset gathering mode.

Why are you guys thinking we can get Rui ?

IMO that’s about as off the table as the 3 pick from Charlotte.

oh ive questioned whether the wizards would be dumb enough to do this trade haha. But at least now we know per shams, they actually discussed it of some sort thus far. We'll see what happens but yeah that would be the ideal package. Hard to top that imo

Charlotte isn't who we made a deal with.

John Wall has maybe the worst contract in NBA history.

They are getting an MVP caliber player for a guy who hasn't played in 2 years for $300K less.

Rui and #9 should be attached to be honest.

This is exactly why Washington has to throw in assets to make this deal work. Honestly, it's not a bad deal for them. Westbrook and Beal will get them into the playoffs in the East and then be eliminated in the 1st round.

If we're lucky we get a 1st rounder or Troy Brown (which would be a solid under the rather get imo), maybe Thomas Bryant, definitely not Hachimura.
