    Yep, Gold is the middle category.

    New member usually start off at the Preferred status level, and move up to Gold status after 25 nights. Platinum status after 50 nights.

    This promo starts you off right at Gold status.

    Plus, IMO, Starwood is far superior to the Hilton chain...Starwood has St. Regis and W Hotels.

    My dad used to work at a Starwood Hotel here in Houston. When NBA teams would play the Rockets at the Summit, they would stay at the St Regis. Actually, it was the Ritz Carlton before that, and another hotel before that, I can't think of it at the top of my head.


    That's why my dad has beef with Nick Van Exel. Breakfast at 1pm? He doesn't give a **** if youre on west coast time.

    This rocks.

    I was a Hilton Gold years ago by using a friend's company referral program, then stayed like 5 times over the next 5 months all on leisure. It was so beneficial...so thanks for this hookup!
