Why not just have gathering every Sunday in a building where the throng of people will pay for with their donations. You won't take a penny from that group's donations, but then you can brainwash the crowd and entice them to buy your books. The books is how you'll be rich enough to buy sports cars, live in an incredible house and then you can turn your back on the patrons during hurricanes and flooding.

I'm thinking of starting my own newsletter . . . because every time I have a new idea, I immediately think to myself, "hmm . . . deserves its own newsletter." Plus I've learned a lot in this thread about various business models for newsletters that are out there. Thinking of adding photos of scantily clad women as a unique hook, I don't think that's ever been done before, maybe in kind of a glossy, magazine format. Do you guys think that would sell?
