I bought one of these things (not the exact brand) a couple years back and it doesn't work that well and you won't use it as much as you think you will. Food gets stuck on the bottom and side of the blades so you either end up either mashing the rest of the food or having to wipe it off the blade with your finger or something.
On a completely unrelated note... UPS whiteboard ad campaign: I just read that they're directed by Errol Morris. Also, the long-hair doing the drawing is actually the creative director who conceived of the ads. Ironically, the music playing in the background is by The Postal Service. There's your odd-ass factoid(s) of the day.
You know, I realized that was "Such Great Heights" by The Postal Service, but my dumb ass never made the connection
that seems to be the most telling.... how bad does your movie have to be to HURT Anna-Nicole Smith's career?
I think that's where my mom got hers years back. Those pizza stones offered by Pampered Chef kicked ass... too bad I kept dropping them on the damn ground and breaking 'em
The Underground Comedy Movie ad was a fixture on late night TV years back, it went on for a good minute sometimes, and none of the "jokes" were funny. Not a single gag.
Billy Mays is getting his own show on Discovery.. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr...sion/news/e3ia80d5f25758725bc75870d813a602fe4 .....The network has greenlighted at least seven new projects, including several from top docudrama creators Thom Beers and Craig Piligian, as part of an effort to continue increasing its number of original programming hours. First is "But Wait ... There's More" from executive producer Beers, which follows longform ad salesmen Billy Mays and Anthony "Sully" Sullivan as they evaluate quirky new products, craft pitches and take to the airwaves to push the goods...........
This actually sounds kind of interesting, if they display any humor at all when reviewing crappy products.
I think Vince and Billy Mays are both awesome at what they do... ...however, the one thing that is really starting to annoy me about TV pitches is the "order in the next 20 minutes and you get this great bonus for free! but you gotta order now, because this deal won't be around all day". And then having a link to an internet site where they can order with the bonus any time of any day. Lame.
People stupid enough to buy those things are usually stupid enough to be fooled into thinking that the commercial broadcast is actually live and not pre-recorded.

"LMAO" does not serve this video justice. This video just made my WEEK! the lady part at the end was definitely THE BESTT!!!
My God, just when I thought it couldn't get any better... it does. And they even managed to squeeze Turbo and Ozone into the video, which makes it even better. LOL!
