I've been a huge fan of Bond films all my life. Connery was my favorite growing up, but... Casino Royale was just such a fantastic movie, I had to put Craig as my fav. And the more I watch the older films, them more it solidifies it. Brosnan played the part very well, but unfortunately, he got stuck with some really crappy scripts.
I'm attributing 90% of this to recency, current production quality bias, but I never even cared for the franchise much at all until daniel craig. you know who I thought would have made a great bond after watching the croupier, is that guy who played the croupier, in that movie. The croupier.
