I think at this time of the year, everybody needs to practice in Miami. No offense to LA but it's more fun in Miami.
Lin will be competing for a starting job on one of the best teams in the NBA. I'd be surprised if he isn't out in LA with the guys.
I hope Parsons, Harden and the rest of the team reaches out to both Asik and Lin. They are all still Rockets and its the right thing to do.
Here is hoping that Asik does attend the mini camp. He will see how much this team needs him and how if stays will his best chance to get a chip.
Probably but it would be a real fun to watch Lin and Asik getting totally fired up. Too bad D-Mo is not here. D-Mo against Jones would be a great side dish. Oops, I forgot about Smith.
Asik will come into training camp breathing fire. He knows minutes unlike last season will earned and I expect him to flourish granted in fewer minutes though.
I think DMo made a bad call opting to play with his national team. I know it's an honor and all. But really missing out on so much playing with the team while TJones is absorbing every bit of it is a set back for him. If he does come back stronger with a better shot from behind the arc he will still be okay but if not he may regret it later.
I would pay good money to watch a full game consisting of Lin/canaan-Harden-Casspri/Garcia-Smith-Asik Versus Beverly-Anderson/Reggie-Parsons-Jones/Dmo-Dwight (Crazy to think that the players on this squad can = 2 at least mediocre starting lineups)
oh no, Jlin's not on twitter so he must be sulking at home and not practicing. it's obvious he didn't welcome his new teammates since his twitter's been inactive. his facebook doesn't say he's in a relationship either so he must be single.
This. This team does not have time to develop players anymore. As a near super team, we have moved past that point, regardless of what that douche Steve Kerr says about the Rockets. DMo will be left behind if he doesn't join the program soon, but I think even he realizes that and will get his arse back here soon enough.
