I'm looking for Seattle to take a tumble more than Dallas. I still can't believe Seattle's record is legit.

That might be true, but we definitely don't want to face Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, or Sacramento. Phoenix is scary, San Antonio is still the best team, and Dallas and Sacramento always give us trouble.

No matter what there record is, they are almost definitely going to win their division (up by 10.5 games on Minnesota), which means they get the 3 seed no matter how many teams have a better record than they do.

Thus it is going to be very very tough for Seattle to tumble at all.

As I said in other posts, I am with you guys who want Seattle or Dallas in the first round. I don't want the Suns or Spurs in the first round. Who does? The further you go, the greater the chance that a good team has been eliminated. I think L.A. and Minn. will miss the playoffs. The Grizzlies could be tough, but let someone else knock them out. And somebody beat the Kings, please. If the Rockets are lucky enough to get to the Western finals, then I want the Spurs. Strange things can happen in a seven game series.

So are you assuming that LAC will take the #8 spot in the West?

Good point. I didn't realize their division sucked so bad.

Who knows we might make a strong run and end up as a top 5 team.

Lately we have been playing like many expected (elite contender) and if we played like this from the beginning of the season we would probably be one of the elite teams right now.
