First off, im a die hard old school Rockets fan. Ive watched every game since the Sleepy Floyd days. But I dont like what this team has become, a bunch of micro managing numbers crunching analytical stat driven sports nerds. What happened to just pure basketball? All of sudden players are dismissed, HOF coaches are fired and FA's don't wanna play here.

Im sorry, but this started when Les gave Morey power to run the show. We he leaves we'll finally be back on the right track

The Rockets are constantly keeping all their options open to make their big move all the while alienating their players and fans with their "shrewd" tactics and going nowhere real fast. Of course all of this could change at any second just like you could find a briefcase full of money at any second if only you keep believing.

We drafted well. If Kyle stays, we're ok at the 1 with KL/Livingston/?Machado; solid at the 2 with (Contract-year!) Martin/Lamb; good at the 3 with Parsons/White/Morris; possibly very good with Moti/Leur/Pat/Jones at the 4; Asik?/Camby/Brockman is the biggest question mark. I bet Greg Smith is holding his breath until July 14. But, who knows, the roster might've changed in the time it took to type this.

and he seems to be implementing a scorched earth policy before his departure
