Oh lord, please lock all these Llull threads. This guy doesn't want to join the NBA and would rather be a starter in Europe, plain and simple.
Don't get how so many people still regularly bring him up here.

Who are making those useless posts? The guy has been saying the SAME thing. He likes where he is at, he is not interested in NBA. Why can't people understand it and move on?
In a few years, Rockets wouldn't even want retiring "rookie" even if he changed his mind.

So please, unless there's any "news", stop posting those empty non-news

Not sure why people keep creaming their pants over any mention of Llullz.

He is not coming here, not any time during his prime at least.

I wonder if Philly would bite on a trade. They do not need more rookies, they need vets that can teach the young guys how to win. Plus they have fellow Spaniard Sergio Rodriguez, which may entice Llull to finally come over.

Maybe rights to Llull for Covington...ok I'm just trying to find random trade ideas to get Covington on this team. I'll show my way out

I wasn't ever sure that Llull would be a productive NBA player, but wanted the Rockets to bring him over to see what he was about.

There was a time that I wanted to trade his rights, because I didn't think he'd come over. That said, I think this is the type of player that the Rockets really need right now. Llull has a ton of fire and that clutch gene that i'd love to see here. There are a lot of times that the personalities on this team fall into a bit of a funk. That's when we start asking guys like Brewer and Dekker to spark the team. Brewer and Dekker! Don't get me wrong I like Dekker's game, but Llull is now proven in big moments, no it's not the NBA's biggest moments, but so what.

Next year is the year or I think the Rockets totally miss the window. He'd potentially be an amazing fit and I want to see it.

Concur. Particularly with the "clutch" and "fire" aspects to his game. His skillset would mesh well with the team and the current window.
If the Rockets stay over the cap, and have the Full MLE to work with, that is around 8M. Could be very tempting for Llull. Plus, "role" and MDA as coach could be nice advantages too.

Llull is a champion and leader who is at the peak of his abilities. Any team would love to have them on their team, he could be tipping point for a vet contending team or the vet savvy and production on a young team.

You can't put a dollar amount on winners. That said, if 6ers, Celts, Bulls or Magic want to talk, they better be prepared to pay a pretry penny. Rockets are not just going to give away such an important asset for peanuts.

Unless Noel's nickname is peanuts of course.

Real Madrid's roster looks like a graveyard of failed NBA players.

Ship long sailed. I'M only here DUMPING on this clown FOR the fact he WOULD have been a good fit on this team.

The Lou Will / Eric Gordon effect we're seeing now, that potentionally/LIKELY coulda been what Lluser added to Rockets 1-2 seasons ago. I dont show emotion toward players its just a game, but he gets exception since he's a safe target lol
