If if if Angels and Twins lose today then Astros win WC outright with a 4-0 finish, are guaranteed a tie with a 3-1 finish and have an outside chance for a tie with a 2-2 finish.

Great to see Toronton playing so well, it makes the Royals in jeopardy of that first spot in playoffs so they will try and beat Twins in final games of the season

We've been gifted with some good losses. NY lost, twin lost the second of the doubleheader and Angels lost. If only we could capitalize but no we sent hometown sucka kazmir

I'm holding out hope for the division, and since the Astros will get at least a tie for the WC even if they drop a game, I'm rooting for the Angels.

tomorrow astros are NOT playing, but i can assure you that the majority will watch Angels vs Rangers.
Now, the question continues, who are we rooting for. I know that tomorrow we are all Indians fans, but not sure about the other series. Heaney vs Holland

Yeah man. There is still a slim hope that the Astros and Angels both win out knocking the Rangers completely out. Nothing would make me laugh so hard.

Sweep and we are at the very least the 2nd WC
Win 2 out of 3 and we are guaranteed at least a play-in for the 2nd WC.

    Matchups

    Heany vs Holland
    Weaver vs Perez
    Santiago vs Lewis
    TBD vs Hamels

TBD could be Tropeano? or go with Richards in short rest?

The matchups are close, Angels could have the better matchups in first 3 games. This series is going to be awesome

Next 2 games we are facing right handed pitchers.
Lowrie has been very bad for a long time, Valbuena is better defensively and is hitting much better, especially in comparison with Jed.

Last 15 games he is hittin g.276 with OBP of .364 and a slugging of .414
Last 7 games .444 average, .500 OBP and slugging of .889

    No brainer

    1. Altuve 2b
    2. Springer RF
    3. Correa SS
    4. RAsmus LF
    5. Carter 1b
    6. Gomez cf (unless he is injured)
    7. Valbuena 3b
    8. Castro C
    9. Pitcher

If it's a three way tie with angels astros twins. Angels advance.

Really I'm just going to hope twins and angels lose.

De la Rosa, lefties hitting .311 with a slugging of .564

We only have 3 lefties in the lineup for that game but i would continue using Carter at 1b instead of Lowrie at 3b and Valbuena 1b.
