A lot of surprising posters here have high like ratios. Depends on start date and volume of $#itposting. That stuff can get likes. This is definitely a risky contrarian premature take.
Didn't our previous black hole get us to game 7 against the Warriors in the WCF? Black holes aren't bad when they're really talented
Just when I thought the posts on this forum couldnt get worse. We got Stephen_A saying Garry Bird gives us nothing on either ends and this idiot calling one of the best passing big man 19 year olds in the history of the NBA a black hole. ****in hell.
I think Senguin isn't being utilized properly. He needs the ball in the post, not the 3 point line. He isn't great at dribbling while facing the basket either. If Senguin would be much better running the same play at the free throw line, like Webber did with the Kings.
The only guy on the team willing to pass is a black hole? If he's a black hole what is Cristian Wood?
A). Sengun is 19. b). He’s already the best passer we have on this team. Does he try a bit too hard sometimes to make the -perfect- pass, yes, but at least his first look is to get others involved. Which is why I’m so confused by this black hole comment.
Sengun is extremely unselfish, in my opinion. He's always looking for the pass. If he's got single coverage in the post, he'll play to his strength but he's always willing to dish it to the open guy. He's got a lot to learn, especially defensively, but he's very good given his age.
Sengun is really the best passer on the team right now after KPJ and DJ Augustine. As a rookie, he's a top 10 big when it comes to creating shots for other players. His assist numbers would look a lot better if his teammates didn't brick so many shots. There are legitimate criticisms of Sengun like his proclivity to get into foul trouble and making turnovers, but his willingness to pass the ball isn't one of them. OP clearly doesn't watch the games or this non-sense wouldn't be posted.
We need a coach who will utilize him the way he was meant to be utilized. Its going to look ugly sometimes but there will be a big payoff. Our rookies really deserve more respect as far as how we gameplan around their games as opposed to forcing them to play a certain way.
Silas pre game talk: 'When Sengun drives to the basket, make great cuts. This is our secret weapon and we use it only in this situation. Do not make great cuts at other times.'
A lot doesn't make sense about this team right now. I really like entire guard rotation right now, yet we don't need that many guards. I'm really curious who will go besides go. I would be least sad to see Nwaba go, but even he has played well lately.
