Prediction 1: Close game till the end, Ben Wallace and Lebron are the only players that do what they're supposed to do in crunch time, obviously Lebron's impact is larger.

Prediction 2: Pistons blow them out and end up winning the series.

For now I'm yahooing it, I'll catch the second half after work...

Whoa! Billups and Sheed with HUGE tough-arse shots! And Big Ben with a block but they call it a foul, which it might've been.

The Pistons are playing like the 'Bad Boys' down the stretch in this game, I am seeing that nastiness and physical play that they were known for playing the past two seasons.

What a great playoffs! Not one bad series, nothing but suspense in every single game.

Cleveland sucks because they can not grab a defensive board in 4 tries to save their asses.

Detroit sucks because they become so polite when Cleveland tries to hand them the game.

Wow,****ty sequence by the Cavs. From the coma on the boards, to LeBron not calling a timeout, to him driving the lane and letting himself get fouled rather than pulling up for 3 -- congratulations guys, enjoy another weekend in Detroit.

LOL, and then Billups almost makes the game tyer for the Cavs, ridiculous.

The Cavs are freaking r****ded. They just gave up like 4 chances to win the series just by grabbing a freaking defensive rebound. Unbelievable... and what was James thinking not taking a timeout?

It wasn't choking cause they were behind - but essentially the Pistons were banging on their door with a room service delivery of a medium rare filet mignon, a bottle of Dom Perrignon, and a $5,000/hour hooker, all on the Pistons credit card, but the Cavs were too busy watching Real World/Road Rules challenge to get up and let them in.

i havent seen the replay, but on that 2nd wallace free throw miss, it appeared that flip murray was attempting to make a 1 handed, flashy rebound and got it knocked away. what a bunch of idiots.

Well I think your description lacks some necessary metaphorical color, but I more or less agree.... :D

He was planning to dribble till the shot clock expired and was surprised to see him getting fouled.

He's still amazing but holy hell. If you're up 3 of COURSE you're going to foul a guy driving in obviously trying to kick it out for a 3. That play is good at any point in the game EXCEPT WHEN YOURE DOWN 3 WITH 10 SECS LEFT! Good utilization of the foul by Detroit. So many times you see people crying for a foul instead of giving up a three and they did it, at the expense of the fans enjoyment. They were extremely lucky to get that good tip after the 2nd freethrow. It shouldn't have come to that though.

If you think about it, to foul spur of the moment like that after James, amazingly, did not pull up for three, is a real testemant to how smart of a team they are ......they obviously were not planning on fouling him before he penetrated inside the 3 point line ...to quickly realize that they should foul .......very smart IMO

I'm bummed out that the Billups bat didn't go, because if it had and the Cavs pulled it out in OT, we could've started calling their backcourt Tip City and it would have stuck with them forever. Oh well.

Anyone want to bet LeBron still pulls it out (with help from Dick Bavetta)? I pray he does. Being deprived of a Wade-James conference finals until next postseason, at the very least, makes the baby Jesus cry.

The series is over. This was their only shot and I think everyone knows it.

IF that tip had gone, it would have been ridiculously funny for fans of the other 29 teams in the NBA and if what the announcers were speculating is true about there being bad juju in the locker room, maybe we'd see the end of that team. As it went though... DAMMIT!

I'm hoping Lebron can become the best player ever just because it'd be nice to beat him in the finals and also I never liked MJ. He's McGrady fodder.
