    Yeah, our realtor pretty much said don't worry about any of the cleaning stuff. Once we sold, the buyer just requested that we get the carpets cleaned. No big deal. He's (realtor) been in the business for like 30 years, so I guess he knows what he's talking about. I was a little worried about that 'presentation' stuff too. We're in a duplex now, waiting on a house to be built.

    Feel free to delete that last part. Interesting info. GREATLY appreciated.

    I just finished moving...Oh...about fifteen minutes ago and it sucked. The key word is HIRE! Get a part time job if you have to get extra funds but HIRE! Hire your packers and movers. Hire your cleaners. Hire babysitters so you and the wife can destress. Hire a handyman to put all of your **** back together.

    Hire Hire Hire.
