Seems like the Rockets traded away all their heart when they traded Tmac.

the organization gave tmac a chance to win a ring last year by signing ron artest. help that he said he always wanted but never had . organization had yao, tmac, and ron as the big three. but unfortunately as always one of our superstars gets hurt. we had a shot to get a star before the trade deadline for him but he played hardball with rockets announcing his surgery. the team basically got SCREWED over. after all that happened last year , how could any of the players or fans be motivated my tmac's presence. He is a great guy and was a great ball player but I much rather have a team that gets along and doesn't cause distraction. hope for the best for him in new york . Let's worry about our Rockets. this year, who cares. when yao gets back and if we can grab a star pf, dunno bosh, amare, or boozer, we're ready to contend next year.

Yeah we traded away some heart for sure BUT that would only be Carl Landry. Let go of T-Mac, he's not only heartless, he's worthless.

There are quite a few Tmac defenders out there... But few that volunteer a primary defense of his heart.

    What an idiot.

This dude is nuts. But I think that after landry left Aaron brooks got a little frustrated, that will pass with time though. But if frustration leads to 30 pts, I hope he lives a miserable life :p

I wish all the T-Mac lovers would just go. Stop following the Rockets please... Go join a Knicks message board cus I'm sick of all this T-Mac love. I think heart is what he lacked more than anything. You want heart? Look up Steve Francis. He gave so much for us it literally cut his career short. T-Mac was just a sissy.

I remember the moment I didn't really like T-Mac was when we were in the playoffs a couple of years ago I believe it was against damn I wanna say Utah and Yao got fouled hard. Yao got up and got up in the guys face showing he wasnt gonna back down. All I remember is T-Mac laughing like Yao was that kid nobody gave respect to... And they were on the same team!!! I thought to myself.. if that was Francis he woulda been there in the trenches backing his boy Yao up.

These guys were the heart of the team:

    Hayes
    Battier
    Scola
    Landry
    Lowry

One has been traded away. One has missed 8 games and counting. One was out with a flu.

Do not underestimate the correlation between our struggle and Lowry's injury.

not tmac, but it seems moreso Landry and in some ways arguably Artest. we lost toughness. and on top of that all of our defensive players are injured

Heart isn't the problem for this team - it's defense, defense, and more defense.
