Seems like the Rockets traded away all their heart when they traded Tmac.

Wow, point taken! Now I'm laughing even harder at the OP's post, though I wish I knew where he gets the "heart" idea from.

    To paraphrase:

I am incredibly short-sighted. I refuse to cope with the reality of having injured star players (and, at this particular point in time, injured significant role players).

Even though my team is hovering around .500 in the cut-throat Western Conference playoffs race, I will denigrate the team I supposedly cheer for, criticize their admittedly efficient job of working with what they have, and compare them to sub-NBA level talent.

Nguyen, you're obviously Vietnamese right?? I can not believe you're dumb enough to suggest that Tmac is the heart of this team. I thought Asian are supposed to be smarter than that...i am Asian i don't doubt one minute that Tmac is not the heart of this team. In fact, he has no heart...no desire...no will to dominate when the game is on the line. He likes to take happy jumpers and if the jump fall...good..if not, he STILL going to take jumpers. He has no desire to drive to the basket and will his way to help get the game closer or change the momentum of the game. He does not play defense. His body language suggest he is lazy and don't put in the desire and effort. So how can you say he's the heart of this team?? that's just stupid!!

Battier Yao Scola Lowry is the heart of this team...wake up!

This must be the only way to post a tmac thread without getting it locked.

I think you meant to say T-Mac needs season ending heart surgery.

T-mac with such heart oh he led the Rox past the 2nd round.

Oh wait no he's still a 2nd round virgin.

To have heart a player has to play hard.

    Tracy is soft and limp.

Not short sighted at all. I understand why this is happening I just dont have to like it. And even if we do start stringing enough wins together to get in to the playoffs its just going to be an embarassingly quick exit. Do you think this team can hang against the superior teams in the west? We'd be lucky to steal a game.

I'm tempted to give this thread 5-stars just for the hilarity of its unintentional comedy.

Our defense has turned to crap once T-Mac was traded. What does that tell you?!! T-Mac had such a positive impact on our D, that he doesn't even have to be on the court to make our defense better. It was the spirit of T-Mac that kept our D going. Now that he's been traded, we are cursed on defense. You don't trade powerful spirits. :(
