1. Kobe Bryant (LAL) 723,031 6. LaMarcus Aldridge (Por) 282,613 That says it all. Voting = BS. Just a popularity contest.
Jeremy is 130K back from starting. LMAO Clutchfans, please stop voting for him. As good as the guy is, he isn't deserving.
Ok who the heck isn't voting for harden. He's played way better then curry and Kobe ain't even playing. Hopefully Kobe doesn't play by then and harden takes the starting spot with Lin in the rotation somewhere
Meh. It's a popularity contest. If he's popular he's popular. Until they change the All Star game to the Best Players game, then it is what it is. And it's far less of a travesty than the idea that Rose and Kobe could be All Stars when they're not even playing...
Also what's crazy is there is only 3 small forwards in the west front coart. West is stacked with power forwards.
When are the coaches' All Star votes announced? Part of me wonders if James Harden will grit out his injury until that date and then shut it down for a week or two. His fifth year is half-guaranteed unless he: (a) scores xyz per season (b) makes the All Star game in one of the first three years of the contract (c) etc.
His tally with the female voters has taken a hit since his haircut. Unless they know the reason he did it...
